The clinical relationship between you and the therapist will be based on one common goal: making you feel better in as fewer sessions as possible. We will send you a paper or digital Client Pre-Appointment Questionnaire and Food Diary template if you decide to go ahead with the consultation.
Nutritional Therapy is the application of nutrition science in the promotion of health, peak performance and individual care. It is recognised as a complementary medicine and is relevant for individuals with chronic conditions, as well as those looking for support to enhance their wellbeing.
Practitioners consider each individual to be unique and recommend personalised nutrition and lifestyle programmes rather than a ‘one size fits all‘ approach. We never recommend nutritional therapy as a replacement for medical advice and always refer any client with ‘red flag‘ signs or symptoms to their medical professional.
We will also frequently work alongside a medical professional and will communicate with other healthcare professionals involved in the client’s care to explain any nutritional therapy programme that has been provided.

Nutrition Basics £95
If you want to give your office lunches a bit of a health twist, improve your already ‘pretty clean’ diet and lifestyle, or if you are completely confused about contradictory information you see online… This is a great starting point for you. No-nonsense nutrition advice for the busy, prevention-oriented, health-conscious person.
It includes review of health history, goal setting, up to 90 minute consultation and a personalised nutrition plan that suits your current habits (brand swaps, healthier takeout choices, macronutrient balance, vegan/vegetarian adjustments…). Tailored preventative strategies are the key to success here.
Once you receive your protocol you can review and highlight any point you might find challenging.

MINOR HEALTH CONCERNS
Do you have a couple of persistent symptoms, or you are not feeling quite right but can’t pinpoint what’s going on? This is your plan.
Includes a complete review of your health history, current symptoms and medication, health goals and food diary analysis. After the 90 minute consultation you receive a 6-week personalised nutrition, supplement and lifestyle plan that fits your budget and goals, plus a weekly support email or 15 min phonecall.
We review your progress as often as needed, tweaking the plan where necessary and giving you strategies to continue taking care of your health afterwards. We have a 30 minute review phone or video call at the end of the 6 weeks.

12-Week Programme £349
LONG-LASTING & DIAGNOSED CONDITIONS
If you have been diagnosed with a chronic condition, or have experienced bothersome symptoms for quite some time, you can benefit from a slightly longer clinical relationship with us.
This 12-week support plan includes a review of your health history, medical or functional test results, present condition and lifestyle habits, goal setting, a comprehensive protocol targeted to your current health concerns, and weekly support by email or phonecall (up to 20 minutes).
We review your progress as often as needed, and have two in-depth 30 minute phone or video call check-ins in week 6 and week 12. The aim is to provide you with a long-term strategy to maintain the good results.

INTRODUCING… NUTRITIONAL COACHING (Cardiff and Bristol)
For those who want to go the extra mile and have regular, in-depth 1:1 meetings, our coaching service is the answer. In addition to the initial and follow-up clinical sessions, we offer home visits to help you clean your pantry, educational trips to supermarkets and health food stores, food label education, weekly menu plans and/or personal training.
