Inevitably, we end feeling overwhelmed, worse than before, and tempted to quit all efforts a few weeks later.

  • A personalised Nutritional Therapy and Lifestyle Medicine protocol that targets the root of your ill health, but most importantly, helps you implement the steps so you never give up on yourself again. It is not:

    • a calorie counting diet or weight loss plan.
    • an advanced fitness programme that only the PT can follow.
    • a ‘one size fits all’ online programme for the masses.

    Led by me, Estef Solar (Registered Nutritional Therapist mBANT), and with the participation of other professionals in the fields of exercise and meditation, the 12-week programme is delivered as a combination of 1:1 sessions, group meetings and online resources, with the added support of like-minded peers to make the road to health a bit less solitary.

    It doesn’t need to be ‘you vs the world’ anymore.
  • There will be a maximum of 10 women in the group. That allows me to review the health history, goals and habits of each of the participants, create personalised health plans before you join the group setting, and support you along the way as you require.

    Each member will have their own goals, nutrition and supplement advice outlined on the initial personalised protocols; the group meetings are designed to give you the resources, tools and knowledge for you to implement the changes needed to reach those goals.

  • Over the 12 weeks, you may:

    • Understand how to reach your health goals using food as medicine
    • Improve your mood, energy levels, general wellbeing and symptom rating
    • Learn how to reach your ideal body composition and maintain it
    • Discover your self-limiting beliefs, and learn self-care strategies
    • Connect with other like-minded women in Cardiff, and build a strong health support network!

    You’ll get all the benefits of a comprehensive Nutrition and Lifestyle Medicine plan, with the added bonus of a group setting where you can share your journey, support other women and learn from each other. The structure of the group sessions will vary each time: from self-knowledge exercises to personal training, from mindfulness guided meditations to nutrition masterclasses… All drizzled with motivational emails, online resources and workout videos. The Method is anything but boring!

  • GREAT! You’re one step closer to optimum health! But first, we need to do some homework…

    1. Register your interest BEFORE THE 15th DECEMBER, by clicking the ‘Sign me up!’ button above, or emailing hello@becomenutrition.co.uk
    2. You will be sent a food diary template, and a pre-appointment questionnaire. Once completed, we are ready to book your 1:1 session. First payment is required at the time of appointment booking.
    3. December: we meet for your 90 minute consultation at the Third Space clinic in Newport Rd, or via Skype.
    4. Your personalised protocol will be sent to you the first week of January, followed by a personal call to ensure you are happy with the recommendations. If after reviewing your protocol you decide that the group setting is not for you, you can cancel your group membership during this call. No questions asked.
    5. If you decide to join the group, second payment will be required the first week of January. You will be added to the exclusive Facebook group on Monday 7th January, and welcomed at the first group meeting on Saturday 19th January (date subject to change atm).
    6. Let the challenge begin!

    LOCATION: we will work from a beautiful Cardiff central location, with parking facilities nearby. You will need access to a computer with Internet access, an email and a Facebook account to complete the online activities.

    Please note that day and time for the group meetings is Saturdays 12:00-15:00 (Specific dates TBC).

  • I’m Rebecca, I’m 32 years old (this is subject to change). I’m originally from Bangor, North Wales, but I’m now living just outside of Cardiff with one man, two dogs, and a little human that I made in March this year.

    I’m a REPS accredited Personal Trainer with a Level 3 Award in Adapting Exercise for Ante Natal and Post Natal (2018), I’m also a qualified Leader in Running Fitness.

    On a personal level, I love (and need) the endorphins exercise provides and highly recommend them to everyone, which is why I’ve decided to do what I do. Exercise helps clear my mind, breathe, channel my frustrations, smile more often and just be that little bit better at life.

    Fitness is something I lost as I found my way to the bar at university, but found again when I escaped, though it’s not always been an easy ride; I am very aware of the real challenges that people face when trying to take control of your own health and wellbeing.

    I’m passionate about helping people find more happiness in their everyday and to find a form of movement that suits them, there really is no one size fits all.
